Nick Bartlett is a fourth generation Humboldt County native, born and raised in Eureka California. He is a recent graduate of Humboldt State University with a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in marketing. Growing up in Humboldt has given Nick a great deal of knowledge about the area and its surroundings. He has made many friends in the area, which has created a great base for referrals. His interest in real estate was piqued by his family’s long history of real estate investing, management and sales. He is a sports enthusiast, both as a participant and a spectator. He enjoys camping and fishing, as well as visiting all of the beautiful lakes that Humboldt County and neighboring counties have to offer. He realizes that the process of buying and selling real estate can be trying and is often very emotional as well, and he is dedicated to making that process as easy as possible for his clients. I’m a fourth-generation Humboldt County native and real estate professional based in Eureka, California. As a graduate of Humboldt State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, I combine local expertise with strategic marketing to help my clients buy and sell homes with confidence.

Having grown up in Humboldt County, I offer in-depth knowledge of Eureka, Arcata, McKinleyville, Fortuna, and the surrounding coastal and rural communities. My deep local roots, strong network, and understanding of market trends allow me to identify opportunities, attract qualified buyers, and negotiate effectively on behalf of my clients.

Real estate has always been a part of my life. With a family background in real estate investing, property management, and sales, I bring a practical, results-driven approach to every transaction—whether you're a first-time homebuyer, a seasoned investor, or looking to sell for top dollar.

Outside of real estate, I consider myself a sports enthusiast, having spent much of my youth participating and now, in adulthood, enjoying it more as a spectator. I also enjoy camping, hunting, and exploring the lakes and outdoor spaces that make Humboldt County such a unique place to live. That connection to the local lifestyle helps me better match clients with not just a home, but the right community.
